Karanth contacted me over phone. He is happy about the site and is joining us House Warming ceremoney of Chandramaouli!
Poornima Naik had sent me e-mail. She is coming to India 3rd week of August. She has epxressed her wish to meet all our friends! Hope she will contact and meet all of us!!
Padmanabha also wrote me e-mail expressing his happiness to see his friends on this site! I tlaked to him on the phone! yes! nearly after 19 years! Both of us were thrilled to listen to each others voice. He was telling me, some of us have changed so much that it was difficult for him to recognise! Also, he has promised me that he will try his best to attend House warming ceremoney of Chandramouli!
So....please keep posting!!

Congratulations on taking the initiative for creating a blog and trying to arrange for the get together.
It was really nice to see everybody's pics after a long time. It was indeed nostalgic.
I would really like to get involved. However I am not sure Christmas time is really the best time to arrange the get together especially for people in the USA for the following reasons:
1) Generally tickets to India are hard to get at that time and also significantly moree expensive
2) Kids are in school and have only 2 weeks break. Considering 3 days in travel time, it would leave only about 10-11 days in India.
Most of us would like to spend more time than that after having traveled so long .
3) Most of us in US have a seasonal increase in practice volume in the winter. This makes taking time off during winter much harder.
4) It is also much more difficult to find coverage during Christmas/ New Year time, especially for people who are in their own solo practice.
Considering the above I hope the get together could be arranged some time between May and August 2007. Let me know if it is feasible
after consulting with Vivek/ Ramdas/ Mouli/ Karanth etc. However if December is more convenient for others I totally understand.
I also will notify all our class mates who are in USA once the dates are finalised. My father in law also has a printing press in Manipal where they print Taranga and Udayavani. I can get the souveniers printed there for free!
